I have a degree in civil engineering and have more than 25 years of international experience from the companies FLSmidth, Rockwool International and AME Consult, where I have gained a broad knowledge within the engineering world.

My focus areas are recruitment, management, business operations, project management and complex sales. And

I have been CEO of the headhunter company AME Consult, where we solved tasks for many of the country’s leading engineering companies within Oil & Gas, Cement, insulation, equipment for food production, logistics, consulting, construction, IT etc.

I have been VP of FLSmidth for all the major international cement projects with a project portfolio of +14 billion. DKK.

I have been the line manager in Rockwool for Cold End and Systems, which is responsible for automating all the production units around the world.
